What about products that are not on the web shop?

For products that are not on the web shop, contact us via the contact form, e-mail address directly or phone numbers.

How long do I have to wait for you to contact me with the price, and how long do you need for delivery?

During working hours, waiting time is 15 minutes (maximum) for an answer related to your inquiry.

If the inquiry is sent outside working hours, it will be answered at the beginning of working hours the next day.

Regarding delivery, after visible payment we send the goods the same day. If it is sent before 3:00 p.m., the package is with you the next day.
